Magistrates adjourn case following not guilty pleas
A CARMARTHEN man has denied charges of assault and criminal damage following an appearance at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (Feb 4).
Aiden Andrew, 24, of Ty Gwynfa, Bronwydd Road, Carmarthen, appeared before magistrates in connection with two offences alleged to have taken place on July 19, 2025.
Andrew entered not guilty pleas to one charge of assault by beating and one charge of criminal damage, with the value of the damage said to be under £5,000. Both matters are alleged to arise from the same incident.
The case was adjourned to a future hearing, and Andrew was remanded on unconditional bail pending further proceedings.
